Time zone (your reports)
Set the business's home zone, which is not always where you sit. Reports and the autopilot stamp dates in this zone; travel never moves it.
Business name What you trade as. Anna scans every AI answer for this exact wording.
Brand qualifiers Comma separated. When an assistant answers one of your tracked terms, these are what Anna scans the answer for. Your business name above is always included; add every other form you get called, because a hit on any one of them counts as a mention. The machines rarely use your full legal name: expect the short version, the suffix swapped or dropped, and your domain.
What you do In one line. Anna asks the AIs the question a customer would ask, built from this.
Your business site URL One place, every desk uses it.
Where your customers search from
Use the biggest city in your metro, even if you serve the towns around it; Paige runs your Monday rank checks as a searcher from there. Leave it blank and she checks the national view instead.
Privacy and security

Sign-in is by magic link only; there is no password to store or leak. Your board lives in this browser, and when you are signed in it syncs to your account so the desks and the weekly digest can watch your numbers.

Emails come from hq@vizmeta.com: magic links, handoff receipts, your Monday digest, and the monthly board report. Need a human? team@vizmeta.com reaches the studio. Your data is never sold or shared. Questions? Talk to the studio.

Delete my data

This clears every desk on this board. If you are signed in, the cleared board syncs to your account too. Export a copy first if you want one.

To remove your account and email entirely, ask the studio and it is done within a day.

The Action Board

The full executive team
"Your numbers raise the work. The board tracks every line item to done...you run it, or you hand it to the studio and we run it."

Desk memos...raised from your numbers

Each memo is generated from the data on a desk. Add it to the board as a line item, or dismiss it. Memos refresh as your numbers change.

"My job at your business: make sure the people looking for you actually find you, and prove it with a trend line."

Operations desk

Don Andon · Chief Operating Officer
"My job at your business: turn the things you do from memory into procedures anyone can run. No wasted motion."

Standard operating procedures

Pick your business type. You get a concise starter pack of the procedures that most affect revenue and reputation. Edit every word to fit how you actually work; your edits save automatically. Export the pack when you want it on paper.

Content cadence

Publishing cadence is an operations problem, so it lives on my desk. Goal:

Technology desk

Devon Locke · Chief Technology Officer
"My job at your business: make sure nothing that ships ever burns your rankings. Every change runs my checklist, no exceptions."

Redesigns and "quick edits" are where rankings go to die. Before any site change goes live (yours or your web person's), open a release here and work the checks. The post-deploy items keep you honest two weeks later. Background: the ten technical issues that quietly kill rankings.

Finance desk

Finn Ledger · Chief Financial Officer
"My job at your business: show you the math. Every channel earns its budget or explains itself."

Enter each channel's monthly numbers; I compute cost per lead, cost per customer, and the return multiple. Edit any cell and it recalculates.

Data desk

Anna Lytics · Chief Data Officer
"My job at your business: know what the machines say about you, because your customers are asking them."

Tracked terms

Whatever a customer would ask an assistant when they need what you sell. Anna asks all five several times over, every month, and records how often you got named. Several times because one ask is a coin flip: the same question to the same assistant on the same day can name you once and skip you the next.

Background: AI search visibility, plain English.

Logged by hand

Anything the automatic round does not cover: an assistant with no API, or a one-off you tried yourself. These do not feed the grid above unless the wording matches a tracked term exactly.

Standards desk

Dr. Bea Wells · Chief Standards Officer
"My job at your business: every claim you publish, you can prove. Trust is the only asset that doesn't recover from a discount."

Before a marketing claim ships ("fastest in the metro," "500 happy customers," a glowing testimonial), run it through my checks. Seven boxes; if you can't tick them, rewrite the claim until you can.

Revenue desk

Max Gains · Chief Revenue Officer
"My job at your business: no deal dies of silence. Every open opportunity has a next action and a date, or it isn't real."

Log every real opportunity. I track the stage, the money, and the days since you last touched it. Anything quiet past a week gets flagged, because follow-up is where deals are actually won.

Customers desk

Harmony Mendez · Chief Customer Officer
"My job at your business: nobody churns quietly. Check in before the problem, and never let a promise go untracked."

Your client list with a pulse: health, last check-in, and the promise currently on the table. Anyone past 30 days without contact turns red, because silence is how clients leave.

Legal desk

Sue Less · General Counsel
"My job at your business: make sure nothing you sign or publish comes back to bite you. Get it in writing."

Two working checklists: the legal essentials every online business needs in place, and a contract review you run before signing anything. My checklists organize the questions; they are not legal advice. For real stakes, hire a human attorney.

Contract reviews

Open a review before you sign. Eight boxes; anything unchecked is a question for the other party or a lawyer.

Beta: everything saves in this browser and nothing leaves it until you hand an action to the studio. Export your data anytime from Settings. Accounts, sync, desk automation, and the monthly board report are the roadmap. Want the desks run for you sooner? Talk to the studio →
