An area guide with a local's memory
Indian Lakes Estates is a subdivision in Coarsegold, California, in the gold country between Fresno and the south gate of Yosemite. The domain has carried that name on the web since 2002. We are rebuilding it as the guide the area never quite had: town-by-town coverage of Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Bass Lake, Ahwahnee, Mariposa, North Fork, and Yosemite Lakes Park, with the community knowledge that decides where people actually buy.
Instead of pretending to be a brokerage, it does the honest job well: it curates reputable local agents for each town, shows what the market is really doing, and answers the questions people search before they call anyone.
